L Ramkumar is the Managing Director of Tube Investments of India Ltd. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, an MBA from IIM- Ahmedabad and is also a qualified Cost Accountant. He started his career with Ashok Leyland in the Finance stream and later joined the Murugappa Group in Tube Investments of India Ltd and worked in various capacities as Head of Finance of SBUs as well as CFO of the Company. Subsequently he headed the Bicycles business and contributed significantly to the growth and profitability of the business. He has more than 3 decades of rich experience in various facets of management. Over the last 15 years, he has been the CEO of businesses with diverse product portfolios such as Bicycles, Optical fibre, Cable, Belts and Oil seals. He has also been associated with Corporates like Sterlite Optical Technologies and Fenner India Ltd. | |

A.R.Rao is the President of Tube Products of India, a unit of Tube Investments of India Ltd since November 2008. He is a graduate in Physics and holds a Masters degree in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai. He has over 3 decades of experience in human resources and general management functions. Mr Rao started his career as a HR professional and worked in various roles with companies like Associated Cements Co. Ltd, ICRISAT, and Ashok Leyland Ltd. He joined Tube Investments of India ltd in 1985 as Manager - Recruitment & Personnel administration. In 1991, he moved into General Management and was heading the operations of Netlon India, Vadodara as General Manager. Subsequently, he was transferred to Tube Products of India as General Manager of the cold rolled steel strips business. From 2001 to 2008 he was heading TIDC INDIA, manufacturers of automotive and industrial chains as Vice President. |

Dr Raghuram Devarakonda is the President of TI Cycles of India & BSA Motors, a unit of Tube Investments of India Ltd. He has a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from University of California, Berkeley and received his Bachelors of Technology degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai. He has over 16 years of experience in strategic planning, marketing, supply chain management and general management. He started his career with Andersen Consulting as a Management Consultant and then moved to i2 technologies as Director of Customer Support and Service for the Europe Middle East & Africa (EMEA) region. He began his journey with the Murugappa Group as the General Manager for Corporate Strategic Planning Department for the Murugappa Corporate Board and subsequently moved to TI Cycles of India in 2006 to head Operations. In January 2008, he took over as Business Head–Bicycles & Fitness. He is presently Vice President of All India Cycle Manufacturers Association. He has also published several scientific papers to his credit. |

P Ramachandran is the President of TIDC India, a unit of Tube Investments of India Ltd. He is an Engineering graduate from Madras Institute of Technology and holds a post graduate diploma in Management from IIM, Ahmedabad. He has over 25 years of experience in the field of marketing, business development and general management. Before joining TII, he has worked with Asian paints for 5 years in Sales. In the 20 years since he joined TII, he has handled a variety of assignments in the three divisions of TII viz TI cycles as Regional Manager and as All India Sales Manager and in TI Diamond Chain as Head of Marketing for the Domestic and International business. In Tube Products of India he has handled operations and was head of Marketing and Business Development of tubes for the domestic market. He was also responsible for handling Tubular Components Division. Presently, he is heading the TI Diamond Chain business. He is a member of CII Southern Regional Council 2010-11 and has represented the Company in several Industry associations. |

N Prasad is the Senior Vice President – HR of Tube Investments of India Ltd. He is a commerce graduate from R.K.M.Vivekanada College, Chennai and holds a Masters degree specializing in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from University of Madras. He has over 2 decades of experience in HR & IR roles and has worked in different sectors viz. FMCG, Agrochemicals, Telecom, Power Transmission. He started his career with Bush Boake Allen (I) Ltd as a Management Trainee and subsequently worked with companies like Syngenta, Bharti Telecom, Fenner (I) Ltd and Areva T & D Ltd. |

K Balasubramanian is the Senior Vice President & CFO of Tube Investments of India Ltd. He is a science graduate from Madras University and also a member of Institute of Charted Accountants of India since 1981. He has over 29 years of experience in varied facets of Financial Management. He started his career with RGN Price as an audit assistant and then joined Tube Investments of India Ltd as a senior accountant. During the period 1987 – 1991, he has worked with Price Waterhouse at different locations both within and outside India. After that, he rejoined Tube Investments of India Ltd in 1991. |

Mr. R. Natarajan |
R Natarajan is the Senior Vice President of the Corporate Technology Centre of Tube Investments of India Ltd. He is an Engineering graduate from IIT, Madras with specialization in Metallurgy. He has close to 30 years of experience and has worked in technical, projects and manufacturing roles at TI Diamond Chain. He started his career with Tube Investments of India Ltd as a Graduate Engineer Trainee in 1981. He was instrumental in setting up the Corporate Technology Centre for TII in 2002 and also played a pivotal role in TII becoming a member of an International Steel Consortium. He has been closely associated with IIT Madras in carrying out research work in emerging field of Nano Functional Materials. He has published more than 10 technical papers to his credit. He is on the evaluation committee of IIT- Madras for B.Tech project programs and also on the board of governing council of AU-FRG centre for CAD/CAM at Anna University as an Industrial Member. He is also member of the Industrial Advisory Board of Advanced Steel Processing and Products Research Center, Colorado School of Mines, USA. |

Mr. K. R. Srinivasan |
K R Srinivasan is the Vice President of TI Metal Forming, a unit of Tube Investments of India Ltd. He is an Engineering graduate with Honors from REC, Trichy with specialization in Mechanical Engg., and a postgraduate in Business Administration from University of Madras. He is a Fulbright Fellow in Leadership in Management from Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh, USA. He has over 26 years of experience in various functions viz., Sales, Marketing, Application Engineering, Product Management, Manufacturing and other plant operations, Process Re-engineering, Project Management and Information Technology. Mr. Srinivasan started his career in Ashok Leyland working in different areas of Sales & Marketing for around 9 years. He joined TII in the year 1993 as Regional Sales Manager and he went on to become the All India Sales & Marketing Head. From there, he took to Operations area as a Manufacturing Plant – Head. Later, he moved into ERP implementation and handled various process areas like Order Management, Customer Service, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Planning etc. Prior to the current role, he was the Corporate Head of Information Technology in TII. |
